Restaurant Management System used to manage Burger King and Popeyes Restaurants in Europe by Rex Concepts.
Rex Concepts runs Burger King and Popeyes restaurants in several countries in Europe. During our work together, one of the projects I did was a system allowing tens of managers to provide their supervisors with necessary data about all the restaurants they run - and the supervisors to make sure the business is running smoothly.
The project included different data forms, analytics dashboards, acceptance workflows, and manager-supervisor communication. The system is now used daily by managers making Burger King and Pepeyes operations in Europe run smoothly.

Workflows
Rex's workflows include 4 layers of permissions and managerial roles. The solution needed to consider all of those.
The app allows different managers to overlook and approve work done by employees they manage and make sure everything on their side is reported to their supervisors. Seamless workflows were enabled by clear status logs and pipelines, communication tools and multi-channel notifications.

Results
The solution was well-received by he Rex Concepts managers and is now being used to run Burger King and Popeyes restaurants across Europe.
