I have worked with Pizza Hut on various UX/UI improvements of their e-commerce sites in Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia. My objective was to add new features and polish the existing experience based on user research data and analytics.

I worked on web & mobile e-commerce apps and multiple website designs.
Since I focused on improving a leaving and breathing products used by thousands of people every day, my job was to add and improve multiple user journeys throughout the apps. Some of the flows I worked on was product customization, finding restaurants, check-out flow, tracking orders, using and collecting coupons or even servicing people who want to open their own Pizza Hut restaurant.
